Terms and privacy.

What we collect

On the waitlist we ask for your name, your email and, optionally, your WhatsApp number. We also keep the campaign parameters you arrived with (for example which ad) and the date you signed up. When you request a quote on WhatsApp we keep the conversation and the details needed for the flight: passengers, identity documents, approximate weights and payment details.

What we use it for

We ask your permission to use your data for these purposes:

• To send you one message, by email or WhatsApp, when Volá goes live, with early access to the first flights.
• To answer your quote requests and manage the flights you book.
• To build advertising audiences on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), so Volá's ads reach people similar to those who signed up. Contact details are shared in hashed form; the platform never receives your name or number in the clear.
• To measure which ads and pages work, using analytics tools and advertising pixels.

WhatsApp messages

By leaving your number on the waitlist you agree that Volá may message you on WhatsApp from its business account. We send no newsletters. After the launch message we will only write about flights you asked for or booked.

You can stop messages at any time by replying "stop" in the chat or writing to info@volacolombia.com.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who need it to deliver the service:

• The operator flying your leg, for the passenger list and the manifest Aerocivil requires.
• Infrastructure providers: database and site hosting, WhatsApp messaging (Meta and its delivery provider) and the payment gateway.
• Advertising platforms, in the hashed form described above, to build audiences.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Colombia's Ley 1581 de 2012 and Decreto 1377 de 2013 you can access, update, correct and delete your data, request proof of the consent you gave, and withdraw it at any time. Write to info@volacolombia.com and we answer within the legal deadlines. You can also complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.

If you ask us to delete your waitlist data we also remove it from advertising audiences at the next refresh.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept until you ask us to delete it or twelve months after launch, whichever comes first. Data for booked flights is kept as long as aviation, tax and accounting rules require.

Quotes and flights

Prices on the site are references per whole aircraft and are not an offer. The binding quote is the one you receive on WhatsApp; it includes fees, handling, crew and VAT, and names the operator who will fly.

Volá charters the whole aircraft in your name from an operator certified under RAC 135. Colombian regulation does not allow selling individual seats on air taxis. Change, cancellation and weather terms come with every quote before payment.
